Shipping
We ship Monday through Friday.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, will be shipped within 12-24 business hours.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States. All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Texas and Wisconsin via UPS for fast and reliable delivery.
Processing Times
Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, will be shipped within 12-24 business hours.
During holiday sales, please allow 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process and ship your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You have 30 minutes after placing your order to make changes or cancel. After this window, your order is automatically sent to our warehouse system and changes are no longer possible. If you need to modify your order within this timeframe, please email us immediately at hello@veriatravel.com with your order number.
We ship within the United States through UPS only.
For orders outside the United States, we ship through DHL Express.
APO orders are handled through USPS as required.
Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. Since our U.S. shipments are handled through UPS, customers must provide a valid physical shipping address.
We ship all orders from our U.S. distribution centers located in Wisconsin and Texas.

If your tracking information hasn’t updated within 3 to 5 business days, please contact us via our website or email us at hello@veriatravel.com. We’ll investigate the issue for you. If you’re in a rush, we’ll do everything possible to assist you.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with all tracking information for your order.
Once the tracking number is available, you will be able to track your shipment directly.
This means your order is being sent back to our warehouse. This can happen for various reasons, so please contact us or email hello@veriatravel.com. We’ll investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Please check your tracking number first, as it may show whether the package was delivered, left in a safe location, delayed, or returned to us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:
- Returned within 45 days of purchase date
- In new, unused condition with original tags and labels attached
- Complete with all original accessories and packaging
- Free from signs of wear, washing, or use
All returns undergo inspection upon receipt. Items showing signs of use, missing tags, or incomplete accessories cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we'll process your refund. Please allow 8-10 business days from when you ship your return for the refund to be processed.
Refunds may take 1-2 additional billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer. You'll receive email confirmation when your return is processed.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Return shipping is complimentary with our prepaid label
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- If your order qualified for free shipping but your return causes the remaining items to fall below the free shipping threshold ($200), the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately upon delivery at hello@veriatravel.com. We'll arrange a replacement. Items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered defective.

Returns are free.
If you would like to exchange your bag for a different color or product, please contact our customer service team at hello@veriatravel.com.

Your replacement item will be dispatched once the original item has been returned and received by our warehouse.
If you are exchanging for a higher-value item, the price difference must be paid before the new item is shipped.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will process your return or exchange.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days from the date your item is received for your return or exchange to be processed.

If your item is unused and still has the original tags attached, but you are missing the transparent bag or the original box, please contact us before starting your return.
When contacting us, please let us know that the item is unused, the original tags are still attached, and that the transparent bag and/or box is missing.
Our customer service team will review your request and assist you with the next steps.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout, as long as the account is still open.
We are not able to issue a refund to a different card, account, or payment method than the one used for the original purchase.
If your card was lost, stolen, cancelled, or replaced, the refund can still be processed back to the same card account. In most cases, your bank will route the refund to the account connected to that original card.
For example, if the order was paid through a Wells Fargo card, the refund would return to the Wells Fargo account connected to that card.

Pre-ordering allows you to reserve an item before it’s available. We’re a small company and produce small productions at a time. This ensures we can stay on top of quality control, so sometimes we find ourselves a little short.

Sometimes a payment may appear as pending even if the order did not go through.
If the order was not completed, the funds are usually released back to your account by your bank or card provider. This may take some time to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
If you did not receive an order confirmation email or are unsure whether your order was placed, please contact us at hello@veriatravel.com, and our team will look into it for you.
If you attempted to place your order more than once, each attempt may appear on your statement as a pending charge.
Any declined or unsuccessful charges should be removed from your statement within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Funds were not withdrawn for declined charges, as those payment attempts were not successfully completed.

The Savvy System is VERIA Travel’s modular travel gear ecosystem.
It is built to support the way you move, pack, carry, and travel. The system can include a backpack, DuffelPack, Sling, or accessories that work together across daily carry, work, weekends, and longer trips.

Our backpacks and accessories are built with waterproof and water-resistant material systems, depending on the product line.
The SLEEK line and The Backpack line are waterproof at the material level, using a TPU membrane shell that does not absorb water.
The Islander Savvy line uses a protective coating that provides strong water resistance and added protection against rain, splashes, and daily exposure.
Across our product lines, VERIA uses waterproof material construction supported by water-resistant zippers and protective binding.
To remove dust or dirt, wipe the product with a lightly dampened, lint-free cloth.
For more stubborn stains, use mild soapy water and gently clean the affected area.
Allow the product to dry naturally. Remove any excess moisture with a clean cloth.
Do not machine wash, tumble dry, use strong soap or detergent, apply solvents, iron, starch, or leave the product in direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
Our backpacks feature laptop compartments in a variety of sizes, with space for laptops up to 17 inches.
In most cases, larger backpack models can fit more than one device, including up to two laptops, depending on the size and thickness of each device.
Our laptop compartments also feature suspended protection, helping keep your device elevated from the bottom of the bag for added impact protection during daily use and travel.

This warranty is extended to the original owner of the item and covers manufacturer defects that affect the functionality of the product.
Cosmetic damage, accidental damage, misuse, airline mishandling, and normal wear and tear are not covered.
The Manufacturer’s Lifetime Warranty may cover manufacturing defects such as:
- Broken zippers
- Torn zipper tracks
- Broken buttons
- Seal or seam defects
- Other manufacturer issues that affect product functionality
The warranty does not cover, including but not limited to:
- Cosmetic blemishes
- Scratches or stains
- Accidental damage
- Damage caused by misuse
- Airline mishandling damage
- Normal wear and tear
Depending on the issue, warranty support may include a replacement item, repair guidance, or a DIY repair kit when applicable.
