RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your VERIA Travel gear. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer hassle-free returns within 45 days.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:

• Returned within 45 days of purchase date
• In new, unused condition with original tags and labels attached
• Complete with all original accessories and packaging
• Free from signs of wear, washing, or use

All returns undergo inspection upon receipt. Items showing signs of use, missing tags, or incomplete accessories cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Email hello@veriatravel.com to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
4. Drop off your package at the carrier location

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we'll process your refund. Please allow 8-10 business days from when you ship your return for the refund to be processed. 

Refunds may take 1-2 additional billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer. You'll receive email confirmation when your return is processed.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Return shipping is complimentary with our prepaid label
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• If your order qualified for free shipping but your return causes the remaining items to fall below the free shipping threshold ($200), the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
  

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately upon delivery at hello@veriatravel.com. We'll arrange a replacement. Items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered defective.
