Labor Day Systems Event Return Policy

All purchases made during the Labor Day Systems Event are subject to VERIA’s standard 45-day return policy.

• Complete System Returns

To receive a full refund, all products included in the promotional system must be returned.

• Partial System Returns

System discounts require customers to keep all qualifying products. If any part of a system is returned, the system promotion becomes void, and all products kept will be repriced at full price. The promotional discount will be deducted from the refund.

• Free Gifts

All free gifts must be returned unused and in their original condition when the qualifying product is returned. If the free gift is not returned, its full retail value will be deducted from the refund.

• Return Condition

All returned products and free gifts must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Return Window

Returns must be requested within 45 days of delivery.

• Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, if applicable, are nonrefundable.

• Standard Return Requirements

All other requirements and exclusions included in VERIA’s standard return policy continue to apply.
