Compact at first, surprisingly spacious once unpacked
"Bought this expecting something on the smaller side, and that was my first impression when I opened it up. But once I fully unpacked it and saw everything it can hold, the bag actually gets pretty big. Plenty of room in there. A couple small wishes. I'd love a bottle holder, though I get that it's tough to pull off on a bag that converts from duffel to backpack. That kind of design makes a dedicated holder hard to add. I also wish it were just a tad bigger. Once I put my shoes in the shoe compartment, it eats into some of the main space. Without shoes there's plenty of room, so it's really only an issue when I'm packing shoes too. Other than that, the bag is great. Very well built and high quality. The material is excellent. Tons of pockets for storage, and they actually protect what you put in them. I tossed my sunglasses inside and they didn't get squished at all, stayed fully protected. The duffel to backpack transition is the standout. Super easy and convenient to switch between the two. Five stars."
